We had very good experience.

We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and were offered a drink. Having said we were looking for a double bed for our tenants we were given all the information we required and the options. The showroom was clean and tidy and I liked the option regarding choice of pillows.

I was attended to as soon as I walked in the door, I was then left to decide after being explained the differences, which I did like instead of feeling under pressure.

My family and I walked into the store at 7:50 knowingly the store shuts at 8pm, and we ended up keeping Kishan behind for another 2.15 hours and felt really guilty, at no stage he took any short cuts or rushed the order. He was extremely smooth and his professionalism was unnervingly awesome and beyond me, plus the hot chocolate he made for the whole family was fantastic. Love this man. He is too good.

Customer salesperson, Prince, was very helpful and friendly. He gave me and my wife plenty of time to choose between beds and options without any sales pressure. He offered advice when asked and explained the options clearly. He offered tea and coffee, and also seeing that my wife was heavily pregnant made sure we could use the staff facilities and lift if needed. Overall we were very pleased.

Rakesh was very helpful and asked what I was looking for and made suggestions for mattresses that would suit my needs. I was shown high price range, middle and low. No pressure to buy the most expensive.

Great customer service and they spent lots of time with us and didn’t feel rushed
