Bally has excellent knowledge. I love the sleep mattress experience when they help you select the best mattress for your needs. I had fun! The stock was modern and up to date too.

We were served by Rakesh in the Hayes branch and was exceptionally impressed with his product knowledge and guidance. He was friendly throughout our visit and was able to find us the perfect mattress for our needs and also the bed. There was nothing we could fault in this branch.

The experience was brilliant from the moment you enter the store. You can see alot of work is put into the first few moments of looking at some beds. As a customer, we got introduced to Dreams and welcomed before trying out the Sleepmatch. The technology used to support the customer experience is fantastic in store - thankfully the stores are opened again. Harry and his team were attentive and full of knowledge. All of the different prices and reasons for the differences were clearly communicated and explained. The knowledge in store is the most impressive thing about the experience. Once we had made our choices, we sat down to run through the quote and were offered a tea/coffee/hot chocolate and water during the bed trials. Great experience. Highly recommend visiting in store.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Took the time to find out what we were looking for. We were not rushed looking for our purchases and not pestered while we were looking, when we required help someone was there to help and advise us on best possible purchases. Cleanliness of store good and COVID-19 regulations adhered to.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff who took the time to understand our needs. There was no wait and they explained how the process works, the sleep mapping and product range. Nothing was too much and it felt like a luxury experience. Being offered water & coffee was a nice touch. The manager and Kishan were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us during our visit. We are really grateful and looking forward to trying our bed soon

From the moment I stepped in the store the staff were very helpful for what I was looking for and gave me a bit more insight into some off the items I had over looked till that point in time that were quite interesting suffice to say my nights are that much more comfortable
