We were extremely satisfied with the customer service we received at Dreams. We did not have to wait long for an adviser to approach us and help. The customer adviser had a lot of knowledge about the beds and mattresses. He was able to help us find a mattress and bed that suited our need as we have limited space and required storage. He was able to recommend an ottoman bed with side opening to facilitate the limited space and the need for storage. In terms for comfort for mattress I prefer a firm mattress and my wife prefers a medium mattress. He was able to show us a variety of mattresses that suited our needs for comfort and price. Also our current mattress we found kept us feeling very warm as it is a memory foam. He recommended a mattress that has memory foam for comfort and also something that would keep us cool. He was very patient and allowed us to look elsewhere and was able to give us the benefits of what dreams offered - ie 40 day trial on a mattresses. We went to a leading competitor and found that the customer service and product knowledge was not as half as good as the Dreams adviser. Prince gave amazing service

The store assistance from PrinceToke was second to known - each customer was individually treated and offered a beverage, items were shown to us, each item was explained and all relevant size/quality information given. Friendly, not pushy and attentive service. Thank you Prince, it has been a pleasure.
