Kishan was very helpful indeed. He was very informative and we were very impressed with his product knowledge and the way he assisted us in choosing the right bed for us. he did not rush us at all and listened to our needs which is something you don't find very often. Please pass on our thanks to him for a super service.

Prince assistance is highly appreciated to help us to make our selection and process was very easy and he took us through all process and explain everything. He convince us to purchase bed cover for any future damange on worn out colours, marks etc on bed frame. He is a good sales person very knowledgeable and looked after us.

The service was good, we were seen to straightaway. My husband and I was asked regularly if we wanted any beverages, the sales person listened to our needs and directed us to the right product. We were not pushed into purchasing anything and was not rushed but was given enough time to decide and choose (no pressure).

I visited the Dreams store in Hayes and both members of staff who helped me - Prince and Harry - were very helpful, knowledgable and professional in the service that they provided.

the manager we spoke to gave us the advice we required for the mattress - he was knowledgeable and made our visit worthwhile. Its always good to find someone who knows their products and provides the advise that is required.

We were looking for a specific item, a single mattress, but the choices caused us some confusion. A member of staff (Prince) was very helpful and guided us through the choices. We also were taken through some of the accessories and protection cover.

Kishan was on hand as soon as we got into the store. He took time to understand what we have now and what we were looking for. He clearly explained the different options including your ingenious colour coding system and ensured we looked at the best match first.

Kishan understood my requirement straight away, processed my order to my satisfaction.
