Customer representative had great customer service and his name was Prince. Brilliant knowledge of products.

Hi I went to other stores look for the mattress some how in my mind after talking to the sales man I felt they don't care weather you buy or not. While I was talking he was laughing and joking with the other sales man and I walked out. This is the only store that I felt like home the way I was treated by the sales man name Rakesh I have dealt with him before and didn't give any survey. This time some where in my heart I felt I should, this person made me so important as I walked into the store and cared. I am proud of this store that sells beds so every body have nice dream when they sleep.

Our Customer Assistant Prince was a dream to be served by. He listened to our needs and did not leave a stone unturned, without being too pushy for us to spend more or buy more than we required. His knowledge of the products was outstanding and he kept our visit as short as possible by knowing exactly where other items in the store were, e.g. different head boards and colour to compare. Overall he really made the experience enjoyable and I would ask for Prince next time I visit Dreams Hayes.
