Anissa maryako was a really helpfull and kind person.

Kishan was very helpful, I had no idea about the large variety of pillows on offer and kishan was very helpful in explaining the various differences and advantages to each product and helped me make a timely decision

The gentleman that helped us was courteous,helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about. He showed us what we thought we were looking for and did not try to force us to upgrade our price range, he listened to what we said and showed us the beds that suited us. He told us the pro's and con's of the beds and when choosing a headboard he allowed us to speak freely and interrupted what we wanted the same with the bed linen. It was a positive visit to the store in Hayes and would like to thank him for all his help and kindness with our purchase.

As soon as I arrived at the Dreams I had a flabbergasting experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and I felt extremely welcome purchasing in store especially with one of the staff named Prince who mainly helped us on our visit. In addition, I had lost my glasses which were quite expensive and within a days notice Prince and his colleagues were able to find it and safely store it to return on my next arrival.

Good customer service on both occasions that I visited the store in Hayes - Anita and Bobby were the sales assistants.

The dreams colleague Kishan code 103 was very helpful as we were unsure of type of mattress to chose as there was so much variation, he explained in great detail so we were able to decide.

Everything seemed to run smooth

The advisor was very helpful, provided sufficient information about the products I was going to purchase. Provided suitable information on delivery and finance options aswell. Also, customer service was good, and very accomodating, provided hot drinks.

I told assistant what we wanted and order place without a problem or undue delay

Prince assisted us - he came to us straightaway understood our needs and did his best to help us find the bed we wanted and got it delivered in great time. The coffee was good too!
