I use this store all the time and I have recommended it to a friend and she had bought a bed also from this store. The staff are very friendly and Prince was great. He made it fun.

This person called Prince is fanastic to help me to find which mattress is suit for height and materials etc. He showed me the leaflet just what I need to know about mattress as it's important to understand about this. Prince is helpful and use his time showed me around anywhere. He is excellent customer service to compare horrible customer service name is Hemel who work for dreams in Ruislip because he can't bother to showed me where or which mattress as he just sit on the desk which I find it rude and no respect do nothing. I saw some customers came to Hemel for advice even he didn't come to them to make them welcome the same way he didn't introduction to me or ask me if I need help. I did asked for advice and he said no that or that actually no help me at all then I gave up went to Dreams in Hayes met brilliant customer service is Prince who helped me and I have found one what I want in the end.
