The whole experience was shaped by how brilliant the sales assistant was. His name was Kishon and he was simply brilliant.He approached us as soon we entered the shop and looked after us throughout the process. He gave us good advice but always left us to make up our mind. He offered us hot drinks several time and went out of his way to help us. He was kind, considerate and his product knowledge was excellent. He made the whole choice easy and this is why we bought on the day. I can't praise him enough.

This Dreams store has re-installed my dented faith in 'customer service' shopping in large stores. All staff had a welcoming, friendly attitude without the 'over pushy' sales tactic, creating a very pleasant, relaxed but professional ‘browse to shop’ environment. The offering of tea or coffee to customers is a nice touch. Manager Harry and Assistant Kishan have superb product knowledge to share supported by quality customer service. The perfect package for customers, HIGHLY recommended.

I was served by very polite and professional sales person Harry, who turned to be a store manager. Me and my husband were looking for a bed (we already chose the one we like online) and mattress for our new home. Harry took his time to explain all the differences of mattress and gave us plenty of time to check them out and to decide. Also, he didn't put any pressure on us to buy it straight away.
