THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANT WAS VERY PRO-ACTIVE AND LISTENED TO OUR REQUIREMENTS.

We wanted the mattress for my mother due to lower back problem. The customer service was very active and honest . She knew what product to offer . Had knowledge of what we were looking for.

we had a gentleman that had assisted us called Kishan,he approached us soon as we walked into the store and was very happy to listen to our needs of what we were looking for, very helpful very charming. we had another gentleman that offer us coffee and tea his name was Prince ,(store manager)again very pleasant very helful there was a lady also working there on the day she was very pleasant too.

My sales assistant Prince was fantastic when listening to my needs and requirements of products he had a great understanding as to the products available and the deals that were being promoted. The manager was also fantastic when helping towards my purchase and I have now ordered a bed frame and a product I am very happy with. The sales assistant was in no rush to make a sale and was very assertive

Kishon in the Hayes branch was very knowledgeable, friendly & informative.

Prince was very knowledgable and helpful. He was quick and efficient when placing our order and I felt comfortable with the assistance he gave

Rakesh had great customer service and product knowledge. He showed us a range of mattresses and beds to suit us.

I was assisted by Rakesh in the Hayes store. Rakesh was very polite, friendly and patient. He took his time to understand what type of mattress I was looking for, and this resulted me in purchasing a mattress that I believe is ideal for me in terms of comfort etc. Rakesh is a good communicator, he provided very good customer service, he also provided advice ranging from mattress protectors to pillows! A true professional, I would definitely recommend Rakesh (thank you for the cup of tea). I also recommend visiting this store as all the other staff members were also very friendly and welcoming.

My visit to Dreams in Hayes was a dream, I’d only set foot in the store when Kishan approached me. I could tell straight away, dealing with him was going to be a nice experience. Kishan made the difference for me, really nice individual, very knowledgable on the products, eager to listen and provide his best advice. It was quite amusing in that I was in Bensens next door and dealt with exactly the kind of salesperson I can’t stand dealing with “pushy”, Kishan was a breath of fresh air. From a customer services experience the Hayes store gets it right, we’ll be looking to buy another bed in the next 2-3 months we won’t bother visiting anywhere else we’ll be back to Hayes. Special mention for the effort Kishan is putting in to try and expediate my delivery, I’m having a back operation tomorrow and he’s doing his best to try and hurry the order through, excellent communication to keep up to date how things are going; seriously I wish all of my interactions with businesses where like this. Well done Harry and the team, keep up the high standards.
