All staff were very welcoming, often offering refreshments. A member of staff named Rakesh was extremely helpful and demonstrating good knowledge about all the products we were interested in.

Kishan was very helpful thank you very much.

Extremely welcoming atmosphere and was greeted brilliantly with a smile and offered hot/cold beverages. Extremely helpful and understanding in what my personal needs were. Name of the employee was Prince and was very well presented with very polite mannerisms.

Greeted with a smile and offered help straight away with a latte which wasn't expected. Great knowledge of product.

We were assisted by Kishan, he explained us the products very well. We were in to buy mattress. I really liked his customer service. He helped us select the right product for our new home. He was not pushy he gave us time to think over our decision, we were so impressed by his service and the product quality that we cancelled our beds order from Bensons and came back to dreams to order our beds and mattress.

Sales agent in store was very helpful and empathetic to requirements. Good level of service provided, good selection of beds, mattresses and headboards. Beds were a little pricey but expected if you want quality items.
