As soon as I walked into the store there was a member of staff available asking if I needed any help on my visit to the store. My aim was to test out some mattresses as I needed a new one and wanted to make sure the one I brought was a good mattress for myself. Dreams have a sleep test which I was tested on to find the best mattress for myself - this is amazing! After the recommendations were provided from the test; the in store colleague Baljit showed and talked me through 3 different options starting with a lower priced option to a more premium price all whilst explaining the benefits of each mattress, which was great for someone that was not sure on what I would need in a mattress. After deciding on which mattress to get - I finally decided on the Therapur Actigel Plus Rejuvenate 2200 K. The purchase was quick and easy everything was explained extremely well and the delivery date was a lot sooner than I thought it would be which was also an added plus. Would highly recommend going into store if you’re looking to purchase a new mattress.

The staff were very friendly form when we arrived. They offered help and also gave us time to decide and offered alter native . Prince served/attended to us and appeared to know what he was doing. Offered us drinks as we shopped around ,checked up on us and interacted well with us

The customer service was impeccable. Bobby welcomed us upon arrival, helped us to better understand our needs with an assessment on the most suitable mattress for us and let us try a few options. She took time to chat with us and go through our pain points too. Although we were planning to stay on a different budget, with her advice we have decided for an investment in our health rather than a simple purchase. Nevertheless, Bobby let us space to evaluate and take a decision of our own accord and it never felt forceful. She took time to also explain safety measures in store for Covid and shared her experience as a customer which helped :)

Bally and Harry were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Their knowledge of the products and quality of service is top notch and made for a very happy experience shopping for our mattress.
