It was our very first time buying our very first brand new bed and mattress for the flat in which we have been renting and living in now as a couple for the past 6 years. We felt really comfortable and at ease with our visit and had a lovely and enjoyable time coming to a final decision that was right for us. Your store colleague Rakesh was extremely friendly and very helpful with our personal needs and likes/dislikes every step of the way from being warmly welcomed as we entered the store to showing us around,making helpful suggestions and finally deciding on the perfect bed for us to finally invest in.

We spoke to a lady called Bobby who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted us with everything from bed frame, mattress, pillows and talked us through the advantages and disadvantages. She was very thorough and helpful.

The process of understanding our needs and wants was excellent. That's why we came back to Dreams having recently purchased a matress for our son.
