WE RECEIVED VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM KISHAN. HE WAS INFORMATIVE AND WELCOMING WITHOUT BEING ANNOYING. HE GAVE US SPACE TO BROWSE AFTER WELCOMING US AND AT SAME TIME WAS AVAILABLE TO APPROACH FOR INFORMATION. WE WERE OFFERED DRINKS, EVEN HERBAL TEA WAS AVAILABLE WHICH WAS GREAT!

Nice warm welcome when we arrived into the Hayes store and the sales advisor (Kishan) was extremely helpful in making our purchase. We was treated to a lovely cappuccino during our visit and the manager acknowledged us when we left the store as he was busy with other customers..!! Outstanding customer service and Kishan definitely a great asset to your company. Finally we came back a couple of days later and purchased another bed with the same outstanding service which clearly seems very consistent with the first pattern of service. Well done...!! Staff name was Anissa she was very friendly, had a great knowledge of not just my product but also of other products within the store, she always had a smile, had answers to our questions. Anissa also offered us tea/coffee which is very rare at other stores. I have recommended my friends and family to go to Dreams in Hayes Bridge and definitely seek Anissa for any help. It was a great pleasure purchasing from Anissa, great customer service. Well done to her.

The sales assistance was very friendly and highly knowedge of the product and as it was my dad buying bed for himself he spoken in his language to explain about the mattress and also how much it cost.

Member of your staff (Kishan) had great knowledge on all different products and he made sure we were aware of all other deals/products before we committed to what we bought. He didn't hard sell us or rushed us at all. It was a pleasant experience.
