Thay were all very nice and helpful the only thing that went wrong thay made a mistake on my phone number which thay put right in will use dreams again soon

I went to the Hayes branch on Monday 9th April. Anissa, who was very friendly, was assisting my daughter, offering beverages to us all. On her return with the drinks I needed help, she was very informative and helpful. I didn’t buy anything on that day. I returned on 10/4/18 and saw Anissa again. Again, she was very helpful, and informative with the information I needed regarding availability and delivery. I bought two items on this day. Anissa is a credit to the store.

I was seen to straight away, i was explained in detail all the options that i had, meaning upgrades etc. What the difference was between the standard and upgrade. Fully explained the benefits of an extended guarantee and any other discounts for spending a certain amount of money. Offered a drink while placing my order. So a very imformative visit and i learnt alot from my purchase.

We hardly spent half an hour in the store including the selection of the item to purchasing of the item. We tell our budget and requirement to the sales consultant (Bobby) and she just showed us the thing as per our requirement and we selected and paid the amount for the same. Highly satisfied with the service and the environment.

Due to was assist by Kishan who made myself and my wife welcome and comfortable excellent customer service delivered went through with us with our order step by step due to the store was busy still spend time with us
