The salesman was not pushy showed all the mattresses I tried them all was satisfied then I went next door to bensions then came back Tried again and placed the order and I got a free cup of coffee

The range of both beds and mattresses was excellent, and were value for money. The staff member we dealt with (Bobby) was both pleasant and knowledgeable of the products.

The customer service agent was extremely helpful and informative, this has enabled us to make informed decision for our purchase.

I was able to look round then an assistant (Bobby) came to help and advise me. Also she showed me a base in the colour I wanted so I could decide it was what I wanted. She let me try different firmness and depth of mattress. Then brought me a mug of hot chocolate!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The staff was extremely friendly. I was served by Anissa in the Hayes Store. Spent over 2 hours and didn't feel pressurised at all. I was shown a lot of different products and came out with a good deal.
