Bobby was very knowledgeable and friendly. She approached us, asked the right questions and her product knowledge was great. We were offered drinks and bobby was very patient and helpful with the difficulties we experienced with our credit, which she found a solution for. The store itself was clean and we'll layed out. Bobby had a good understanding of the credit options and which would be best for us. We are happy with our purchase and excited to receive it.

On arrival in store a shop assistant named Bobby approached me and asked me if I required help/assistance. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. She clearly explained options and had sound product knowledge which helped me to make my choice. She placed my order & clearly explained delivery options and what I needed to do regarding the disposal of my old mattress which I opted to arrange via Dreams. Bobby was very professional and displayed excellent customer service and is a great advert for Dreams
