The customer service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was greeted at entry to the store and was asked if I needed help the sales officer I informed the officer that I was looking for a mattress. I was assessed for the type of mattress which was most suitable for me. I was then shown around the store with protective cover and pillow to trial a number of firm mattresses according to the assessment type requirements. I chose a mattress after testing and felt I would have a good night sleep from the mattress I have chosen.

Harry was very helpful. He went above and beyond. Harry gave me extra information regarding the finance option available to me and how this could effect me. He was very professional and extremely helpful.

Staff was friendly ,had knowledge about mattress & ask us to lay on different mattresses

From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted by a member of staff and he helped us with everything we were looking for. He introduced himself and said his name was Kishan. He was patient and we were able to take time in choosing a bed.
