Harry the store manager was really helpful,and knowledgable didn't rush us and all the other staff were friendly

From the moment we came into this Dreams store in April to have a look around we were blown away with how friendly everyone was, everyone that we walked past showed acknowledgment to us, either with a simple smile or a hello. Rakesh come over to us and asked a few simple questions on what we was looking for (TV & Tempur mattress) he first showed us the bed. Then he showed us the different type of Tempur mattresses. He was very knowledgeable on the build of the mattresses and seemed to know the exact mattress that was right for us. He gave us the quote for the bed and mattress and was not in anyway pushy on trying to over sell anything, he was also very understanding when we said we wanted to go home and think about it and to make sure the superking size bed would fit. Fast forward to August and we ensured we came back to this Dreams store (a good 20mins drive from our home ) because of him eventhough we have a Dreams store less then 5mins away from our home. Rakesh is a great representative of how a Dreams employee should be and your company is very lucky to have someone that just doesnt see your customers as a ‘sale’ he made our experience on bed shopping so much more

Very friendly and attentive sales assistant who catered our needs. He spent lots of tie understanding our needs and advising appropriately.

There was a nice selection of high quality mattresses. The matress was purchased for someone with back problems and arthiritis and was very pleased with the level of customer service. The salesman even offered us some refreshments which were perfect on a hot day.

I bought a bed from this store some ten years ago and was highly satisfied with the service offered so naturally I came back to replace teenagers' beds. We were well advised and offered the help we needed to make a decision.
