It was in the sale the advice I was given was fine and the product was delivered fairly soon afterwards. There was nothing to be even remotely unhappy about.

Harry was excellent - not too pushy - exceptionally knowledgeable and agreed to a discount and free Tempur pillow.

Upon my arrival I was greeted my a member of staff who was very welcoming and had information which was helpful for my needs

The staff member had a good product knowledge, and listened carefully to our individual needs and preferences, also made good recommendations based on those needs.

I was served by a lady called bobby, she gave exeptional customer service and she was extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcome and reasured me it was normal to lay down in the store as i felt a bit funny doing so. She offered me tea or coffee and found the exact type of pillow to suit me which i was told to take with me to each bed i tried. I cant reccomend bobby enough! Ive even told my friend to visit the store and and ask for her over the weekend during the bank holiday sale.

Very helpful assistant. Gave us the time to look around the store. Gave very knowledgeable advice on the products, before going through all of the ordering process in detail too.

Waited no more than 2 minutes to offered help and advice on bed frames and 3 for 2 offer on furniture. Offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water more than once. Ordering process was explained well, quick and easy.

Customer service was excellent and the sales assistant was above and beyond helpful. Matched all our requests with the right bed, that matched our needs.

Customer service was excellent Rakesh was very helpful as were other members of staff offering tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Greeted as I walked through the door did not felt rushed or pushed into a purchase choice.

Found what I wanted easily and received exceptional customer service.
