Dreams - Hayes

The 2 Dreams’ assistants were friendly helpful and informative and we loved the range of bedroom furniture we purchased. The wardrobe/drawer section was presented well and helped envisage the products in our bedrooms.

The service was great and helpful people in the store at Hayes branch. Prince was very good man and help out in different mattress

Our visit to Dreams was brilliant from start to finish we were welcomed by Bobby I spoke to her about our needs in our next mattress she was great in explaining how each mattress would help in getting a good night’s sleep. I loved that Bobby was not full on it was nice that she gave us time to walk around the store and discuss what we would go ahead with, she also offered us some lovely warm drinks which made sealing the deal even more sweet! Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed set! Thank you Dreams and Bobby! 

Upon walking in we immediately received help from a kind sales assistant by the name of Bobby. I told her that I had no knowledge or experience when buying mattresses so she put me at ease and broke things down for me. She gave me a rundown of what is available. I really felt like she was trying to get me the perfect deal rather than selling me anything.

I am highly satisfied because of staff and products I bought we are saved tea,coffee twice and people in the store was great.

The staff are excellent. A staff member named Bobby offered a service above and beyond what i would consider good customer service. She provided excellent advice and her experience was invaluable in helping me make the right decision. I felt very comfortable and confident in her advice. I did not feel pressured into buying. The staff offered me refreshments and i was given ample time by Bobby to make my decision. She is an asset to Dreams and i would highly recommend this store to family and friends as the advice and experience of the staff is invaluable. On a personal level i found Bobby very approachable and understanding to my needs and she offered excellent ideas and solutions. I shopped around a lot but ultimately I returned to Dreams Hayes because of Bobby. I would highly recommend visiting this store and will most definitely be returning here in the future.

The main reason why I am highly satisfied because the Mr Kishan who was helping us had a complete knowledge of the product and how to understand the need of the customer it was really a right place to visit for us thanks

The moment we entered the member of staff greeted us2 Welcome to dreams" also member of staff called " Kishan" was very helpful and proactive as soon as he saw us entering the store he made an eye contact greet approach us and understand our needs and liking and show us exactly what we want and also explain the offers and schemes with no rush. great customer skills.

Friendly staff with a goof knowledge of goods
