Assistance with first class salesman Kishan, advised with regards to insurance and various.

I was highly satisfied with the service because the customer service advisor was knowledgeable in regards to the products and was proficient in dealing with enquiries and concluding the sale.

I purchased a bed 2 years ago with dreams at a different store. We have moved in to our new flat and our bed was too large. We downsized to a king bed and chose our frame, however we were unsure of what mattress suits us best. Harry understood our requirements and we tested around 5 mattresses, we came back to complete our transaction of buy now pay later, the next day. Kishan assisted to ensure we was accepted on finance, unfortunately Barclays declined. However creation did and he assisted us with delivery dates, he provided our free mattress cover and ensured he stayed till 20:15 to ensure we was satisfied. I am really looking forward to our bed arriving!

The sales team were very helpful in assisting us with the products we were looking for. We were able to browse the store and were offered complimentary drinks. They were very attentive and knowledgeable and overall very helpful.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and allowed us to 'test beds after explaining the colour zone system used. He had just the right sales technique. Also offered hot drinks which was a lovely touch.

The salesman prince spent a lot of time explaining and showing me my options and offering beverages ect. He was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to decide on what products were available. Thank you prince and colleagues for your help and working out measurements for me.

Friendly staff, really accommodating and helpful.

I really needed a new bed and it was time i got it sorted. Due to my disability my bed was making me worse. Thanks to Prince (Hayes 8103) and his excellent knowledge, i now have a brand new life waiting to be delivered. Woop woop.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.She seemed to really understand our needs and be sympathetic towards them.
