Rakesh(one of the colleague) helped us a lot and we didn face any problems because he clearly understood what we wanted and he also helped us make that perfect choice!

He was understanding on what I needed. He explained the different types of mattresses that are available.

I knew what I wanted got served straight away, I wasn't pressurised into purchasing extra products, all done quickly and efficiently would definitely go back.

Greated on arrival and didn't have to wait for assistance. Showed us different options and actually listened to why/why not we didn't want which mattress, base and headboard. Very detailed which was great and we didn't feel the need to go to another store.

The sales assistant, Rakesh, was extremely helpful and patient allowing us to take our time to ensure we were happy with our choices. We did not feel rushed or pressurized into making a purchase.
