Rakesh was very sensitive to my needs and understood my requests. He was very patient. He gave me options and was very knowledgeable of the products on offer. The manager was very courteous and welcoming.

staff were very helpful and took time to explain everthing in helping us make the right choice in choosing a bed KISHAN was excellent in his customer service he offered us tea coffee or hot chocolate that was really lovely he went through our order and explained everything we look forward to receiving our new bed in the new year we will recomend Hayes Bridge Retail park Dreams to freinds and family and we will say ask to speak with KISHAN .
