The sales assistant was knowledgeable with all the products and did not force us at all and allowed us to take our time

Our Sales Professional, Prince, was great from the moment we stepped foot inside the store: he greeted us warmly and immediately enquired about our wants & needs; the results from the Dream Machine were accurate and took the pain away from selecting a suitable mattress. Incredible service all around. The Store Manager, Harry, took the time to enquire we were looked after & found everything we were looking for. Kudos to the branch team. We will definitely visit this branch first next time.

When I arrived at my local Dreams, Kishan was there to welcome me, he offered his assistance and I advised I was only looking… He advised me on the layout of the store and let me know he was there I needed him. Whilst looking around Kishan offered me hot and cold beverages, which made me feel welcome, even though I was only looking… I found the bed I liked and Kishan went through everything with me. I said I was going home to talk to my husband and I would show him online. Kishan advised if I needed any further support, he was there to help. I spoke to my husband and went back the very next day to buy the bed. Based on Kishan’s customer service, I only wanted to talk to him… luckily he was there. I purchased the bed :) Dreams should be honoured to have such an amazing staff member. I could of bought this item online but I appreciated all of Kishan’s advice and support, that I wanted to go back into the store and buy the bed from him.!! Thank you Kishan

Anazing customer service from Rakesh. He was brilliant. Also the area manager Harry and there was a guy with a ponytail but i didn't get his name but he showed me all the mattresses.

We were met at the door by Kishan, who explained everything about how Dreams works. He was very helpful, polite and seemed to know what we needed without being pushy! He was a very respectful and would highly recommend him to friends if they were visiting our local store.
