Was greeted upon arrival by Kishan who spent time with us explaining types of bed frames and then mattress. Was allowed to try all sorts of mattresses. He assisted my mother who has trouble walking and offered her help around the store. He explained quality of products. He didn't rush at all and even apologised for to us that a customer was very loud. (wasn't his fault but he did apologise)When products had been chosen and went to sort out invoice he offers all of us drinks.

We where greater at the door and sales advisor Navinder listened to our needs and explained all the options of beds springs etc.

Charles was brilliant didn’t rush us at all took time to understand our needs and what we like to expect went through all different colours and showed us the best option according to our requirements. He was very friendly to top it off he offered me a hot drink twice as I refused the first time. Also went through a few other products to go with the bed like pillows and mattress toppers. I’ve been to a different branch and the service was horrible. Not once did anyone approach us to see if we need any help but Charles in the Hayes branch was excellent and I’m very satisfied with the service we have received today. I wish him best of luck.

From the moment we were warmly welcomed in store, we were impressed with the amount of choice of both mattresses and bed frames to suit all budgets. Our assistant, Prince, began by asking what our needs were and began to narrow the selection down to suit our preferences. His knowledge was invaluable as we moved through the different types of mattresses and the various tensions. We were given room to explore the store and didn't feel pressured or pushed into making a swift decision. Staff were at hand if we had any questions. As well as bed frames and mattresses,the stores sell a variety of pillows and bedding . We were given pillows to try at the same time. This definety added to ensuring that we made a decision that suited both of us and highlighted the differences we had.

Soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with a friendly sales team and the manager allocated me with a sales advisor (Kishan). Kishan made everything so simple and you could tell he was very knowledgable and had a lot of experience. He listened to what I needed and provided me with all the options, giving me good advice and answered all my questions. I came out of the store really happy with the service and looking forward to getting my bed and mattress.

I am very highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams and appreciated the help and time given by staff. It was extremely good service which was why I went to buy another bed shortly after. The quality was extremely good and the delivery was very convenient too. Overall I would recommend it to everyone.

Staff were friendly, attentive and very knowable

We've already purchased tempur mattres earlier this year , we are very happy with it. also upon the delivery the ottoman fabric was damaged but that issue was resolved promptly. The delivery man reported it and we were contacted by the customer service within 10 min to arrange a delivery of a new ottoman. Every time we went to the store (Hayes) the staff was very friendly and helpful.
