Because the service very satisfactory and and the employee who served me considered my needs greatly. Overall, im pleased with the service and will recommend dreams to family and friends.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the people in the store. They were very friendly and helpful. The person the sold us our bed took him time when breaking down the price of the item, making sure we picked the right pillows and mattress and explaining all the time details to us.

This was my first, bit most definitely not the last visit to Dreams store. I was welcomed by frendly face of the sales person who proved to be professional, resourceful and knowledgeable. I was surved a cup of tea and afterwards I was offered help to carry my mattress to my van. It was a truly pleasant experience.
