Dreams - Hayes

I recently visited dreams to order my bed and I was acknowledged straightaway when I walked in and given time to browse after which store members approached me and asked me what I was sfter. I was super impressed with the level of knowledge and honesty provided by Bobby when ordering my bed. She processed this order straightaway, informed me of different payment options that would suit me and all costs involved. I was shown around all options that fitted my specification really quickly and everyone was so friendly. To name a few examples, I was offered lattes / coffees / tea, other store members who weren't serving me stopped to say hello and asked me how my day was going and how the christmas break was - it was so friendly. To top this, I had my heavily pregnant sister with me and the staff at Dreams were so receptive to her, pointing out the lifts so we didn't need to take the stairs, offering water/seats so she could comfortably sit down, despite them being busy. Covid health and safety measures were amazing - all staff members had masks and this was reinforced to members of the public. Finally, I was greeted by the stored manager which in my experience is rare in retail! Thanks

Staff were masked up

The staff in store were very helpful (Bally & Harry), knowledgeable and friendly

polite and helpful staff offered free bottles of water when getting hot from wearing masks offered hot beverages during the purchasing phase

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Not pushy, no strong sales talk. But she showed us different options and price range. The one we chose was great value for money, high quality and just right for us. Very clear itemised prices for our purchase, and easy to understand. Sleep therapy bed was great. It was kept clean and sprayed for safety. The store was tidy and pleasant.

The person who helped is was actually the branch manager who approached us and directed us to what we came for and kept coming back and asking if we needed anything further. Very friendly staff
