Everything about the store was great. Very impressed. Our assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasant manner. We were given coffee and not pressurised in any way.

The staff member immediately acknowledged my arrival into the store very pleasantly. She answered all questions comprehensively displaying a thorough knowledge of the products. The visit was a pleasure.

No pressure was put on us and the staff member was always on hand when we had questions and took the time to help us. Great service.

Looking for a new frame and mattress, after browsing around Gemma approached us and asked what it was was were looking for. She explained the coloured system of different mattress types and pointed us in the direction of which would be best for us. Was very friendly and helpful. The purchasing process was delayed by computer issues but quickly sorted out and explained in full detail. Very happy with our experience.

Julie served me. The minute I walked in the store she smiled and offered to help me. I was just having a look. I had no intention of making a purchase. Julie offered me a hot drink and then went and fought me a nice clean pillow. I was advised to take off my coat and lie down on the beds using the pillow to get a feel for the comfort. Julie explained all the colour coding and what it meant. I tried a few beds but went back to the first one she recommended. Decided to buy the bed as it was on special offer. The great price was even further discounted as Dreams support armed forces families. Absolutely delighted to have my new bed ordered and delivered for Xmas. Bonus result for a little extra money, our old bed is being taken away to save us the hassle. I will be telling all of our armed forces friends to visit Julie in Havant store!

The assistant was on her own and there were about two to three other customers there but she managed to juggle all of us so we all felt important, she was polite and helpful and didn't get flustered which if I'd been in her shoes I probably would have done. Very good customer service by a happy and friendly person.

We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Asked if we wanted any assistance, friendly staff. Offered a drink. When we were ordering My daughter got to do some colouring which she absolutely loved!
