Easy to find the bed we required assistant friendly and helpful all the way,very satisfied overall,good experience, would buy again from dreams.

We started at Dreams looking for a mattress and a bed frame. We found the mattress we loved but unfortunately the bed frame was not available in the size we wanted, so we then went to have a look at other stores as we wanted to get everything from one store. We where disgusted in the other stores as they where very dirty and not very helpful or welcoming and did not seem interested in us and so we went right back to Dreams to find a frame we could work with to get everything at once with the friendly staff and the high quality and pride Dreams takes to making sure they are the best and treat their customers the best. Thank you to Liam & Niamh for your help with getting what we wanted!

The sales rep, Julie, was very helpful in guiding me to make a great selection on a bed. She took into account my personal circumstances which helped to get me what I needed

I really enjoyed that we were greeted and then left for a while before being offered specific support and then we were left again to browse and make a decision before being approached again. This is exactly how I like to shop, it wasn’t overwhelming or invasive. I didn’t actually intend to buy there and then but the process was so good I did!

The assistant was helpful without being pushy. Her knowledge of the products was good. I found the computerised bed really helpful so i knew what type of mattress to look for. I was offered a drink which was also really nice
