dreams had so much choice to choose from and the sales assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding all types of mattresses, also the parking was extremely convenient.

We were greeted with polite welcome and after we were having a look we were offered tea and coffee and we’re explained about the the pillow colour code etc . Very good information given regarding our visit and help choosing the bed to suit our needs .

We hadn't changed our bed for 20 years, so we didn't know what to expect, but the lady who dealt with us was very helpful, polite and professional, which made it all easier for us.

The service was very good and the outcome was what my wife and I wanted.

Staff were very approachable without being too pushy. Were offered refreshments and options were explained
