Julie could not have been more courteous, polite and knowledgeable.

We were approached by Niamh at the store to enquire if we needed assistance and she was very polite but not 'in your face'. She had a good knowledge of the products and what she didn't know, she went off and asked. She offered us refreshments. She gave us the best deal possible when putting the order through and was very accommodating regarding delivery dates. It was an excellent experience overall and I would have no hesitation recommending Dreams to anyone.

Helpful, friendly staff with good product knowledge. Allowed me to take as long as I wanted to choose my mattress, and to test out any I wished to. Even gave me a cup of tea - very personalised service and I would recommend the Havant store to anyone. Sales person was Gemma - a Dreams Champion! Thanks to them for solving an urgent problem around accommodating some unexpected overseas guests.

I liked the fact that we were allowed a little time to look around before the assistant came to offer help. She was then very helpful explaining the different types of mattresses available. She then left us to look further but was available when we next needed help. We were encouraged to try many mattresses and I did not feel pushed into buying.
