Excellent service

I went in looking for a new pillow which were easy to locate in the store. We were left alone to browse and discuss options which i prefer but i could see the assistant had seen us and was prepared to help. When we had decided on a pillow she suggested i could try it out on one of the beds to see if it would be suitable which is was. I went over to purchase it and she was very chatty, pleasant and efficient making it a smooth experience. We had a little browse of some beds on the way out as there were lots of great offers on and we will soon be in the market for a new one.

our sales person was called Gemma she was very helpful in all the the questions we asked she had a great personalty and was a lovely person all round if i was to give marks out of 10 i would go so far as to give her 20

Julie was really helpful and caring also offered us a drink whilst looking lovly lady

Friendly helpful staff

We were greeted upon arrival, the store was very well laid out with plenty to look and try. When a colleague (Niamh) came over to ask if we required help she offered a cup of tea and spoke to us about what best suited. The whole process was very easy and Niamh wasn't bothered at all by our 17 month old daughter running around the entire shop screaming. Delivery and payment were taken quickly and Niamh wished us well as we left the store.

I was served by Andrew who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very surprised at the high level of service as I have never been in Dreams before but Andrew was great.

Very helpful assistant, offered a drink straight away (hot day). Delivery timescale acceptable.
