The Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The offered us tea. Coffee or a cold drink when we arived. The store was very well layed out with ample walking spaces between the beds.

We found the staff really friendly and helpful but not intrusive

We were attended by Richard who was obviously new to the team. He was a little nervous but coped really well with our inquiries. He was helpful but not too pushy. He was also supported excellently by his colleague. I dont know her name but she had a huge cup and was very friendly.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly member of staff by the name Of Gemma she mad me a cup Of coffee assisted me whenever I need it and was very helpful and explained everything clearly about your products I am so happy with my experience today in store and that is why I purchased a bed and mattress without having to shop around thankyou

We recieved very friendly service from Niamh she had excellent product knowledge and was very friendly. She included my son who was with us also which made the shopping trip easier.

After entering the store we were approached by Gemma, she interacted well and left us to browse, which we had requested and told us to ask if we needed anything. When we approached her after browsing she was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient with our purchase. Lovely girl with expertise in customer service and a pleasure to do business with.
