Great service and very friendly staff. We were offered Tea, coffee or a cold drink when entered the store. The staff (Julie) knew all the answers to the questions we asked her.

very approachable staff. did not rush me got me better plies to try bed and showed me all options in my price range. made me tea and paperwork super quick.

I was very happy with Niamh she was a lovely lady, she did not rush me into buying my bed which was very pleasant and relaxing, it gave time to really make sure that the product was what I needed, It was my first purchase from Dreams and I will certainly visit again should I need a new bed in the future. The sales person was pleasant and not pushy, she approached us, asked a few questions, pointed us in the right direction and then left us to try out the beds and waited for us to call her over to assist further. Spot on, friendly, direct , approachable, but then non-intrusive, or pushy. Just right.
