The staff were understanding of our needs and advised us accordingly and were very patient with us. This is just what is needed with people of our age. We are both in our 80 "s.

We were given the appropriate amount of support but given enough time and space to try out mattresses for ourselves. The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable.

Sales assistant knowledgeable. Spent time with us explaining then left us to brows but was available when we had questions. Pleasant experience . Helpful but not in your face desperate for a sale. Well done

Gemma offered immediate assistance to us when we entered the store. She also offered us tea and coffee and assisted with all the questions we had. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she was polite and very helpful throughout.
