Sales assistant very helpful, left us alone while we perused the store and the beds suitable for our needs.

The service was very good and I was offered a drink. I was able to find just what I wanted within a few minutes. The product was in the sale, so the price was great. I also had plenty of options for a delivery date.

We found what we needed very quickly and enjoyed a coffee,served by Gemma whilst the paperwork was issued.Very pleased with her manner and service and her knowledge of products available.The insurance is a bonus,as is the value of srvice.

On our visit 13/10/2018 we were looking to try out a few beds as ours was coming to an end ! With plenty of wrestling with the kids over the years it’s taken it’s toll which we originally purchased from dreams 😉, as we were looking around we was greeted by Richard who was amazing explaining any information required, we tried a few different style beds and my wife finally found the one she liked ( did not matter what i thought 😂 ) We sat down with Richard to go through the order & finance package with a lovely cup of coffee made by another member of staff 👍🏻, all in all me and my wife were satisfied with the service and can’t wait for our new bed 🛌😁

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received in the store. The salesperson Niamh was very helpful in helping us to decide on which mattresses to purchase and with the different methods of payment.

The store was well presented and staff were helpful but not pushy answering questions with competence without be littling us and giving us ample opportunity to look around and try various mattresses for comfort and made us a cup of tea too
