Dreams - Havant

The went over the top to change the item ordered as changed my mind once order was started, but due to ordering system, could not be corrected to following day when they called me back and confirmed changes requested with advised delivery date.

We entered the shop and were immediately greeted by Gemma, however she was not intrusive and just asked whether we needed assistance. We just looked for a while, and she left us to it. When we had questions, she was very helpful, gave us guidance and then allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted trying out various mattresses. She even made us a coffee. Clearly the sales assistants have a job to do, however I wish more shops had the approach that Gemma does of being helpful without being intrusive.

We knew what we wanted and could try out the mattresses. The help, support and ordering procedure was efficient.

The member of staff who assisted us was a credit to dreams - knew all about the products and sorted out a good price

Although computers were down the saleswoman was very helpful and apologetic as I couldn’t order the bed but as soon as the problem was fixed in the store she phoned and we booked over the phone

We were acknowledged when we walked into store , assistant kind & helpful , but didn't hound us . Was there if we needed advice . She ( Gemma) made us all a cup of tea , and when we had made our choice , she took the transaction smoothly thru to completion . Thank you .

Sales staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Appeared to know the mattresses well to give me information to purchase the one right for us. Offered tea/coffee

Were not able to order over the phone as the address we want the beds to be delivered to is different to my credit card billing address, so had to go to local store where the staff were very helpful

Very helpful assistant - Gemma -but i didnt take my glasses and have just noticed a spelling error on my Srname and I called the shop and they will get it changed.

Niamh was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We left the shop feeling very satisfied with our purchase. Very nice welcome with a great cup of tea.
