Richard was very attentive and provide excellent information on the products. There was no high pressure sales approach, just good and honest support in making our decisions.

I didn't feel hassled but was given useful information and then a spare pillow and left to try out any of the mattresses in the range recommended following discussion with Gemma, the sales person.

Welcomed on entrance and also offered a tea. Very friendly and all colleagues knew what they were talking about. Set up was also easy to find your way around.

Richard explained the colour system in the shop and pointed out where we would find more detailed information about the mattresses on display. He was clear, patient and was able to give us his undivided attention. He gave us the space to then explore the beds on our own, try them out and was available when we had further questions to ask. Once we were ready to place an order, he asked his colleague to take over helping other customers as he was aware he did not want to leave them on their own. The ordering was straightforward, and we decided to take out the bed cover insurance. He put no pressure on us to buy this, but explained it in detail. He gave us an excellent customer experience whilst shopping in Dreams. Thank you Richard.

Great shopping experience. Large, bright , well layed out showroom with huge range of beds to suit everyone. Friendly staff but not intrusive. Great coffee and customer loo to boot. Very happy.

Hannah was ready to help straight away. She was listened, so friendly and knowledgeable. She also left me to have a look around after and added no pressure. I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Would recommend to anyone
