The consultant Gemma was very knowledgeable and helpful we will be visiting again when we upgrade our guest bed.

Good product knowledge from Hannah considering she had held the role for only a short time, the items researched were available to see and try.

Hannah at Dreams, Havant was extremely helpful - we came in just looking for a mattress not knowing a clue of what exactly we were looking for and she explained everything in a simplified way and we found our perfect mattress. Not planning on getting one that day and shopping rather spontaneously, we were sold on one of the matresses and were offered a payment method which suited us perfectly. Placing the order of the phone later that day. We couldn’t order straight away due to being unsure what size mattress we actually needed so couldn’t do it instore. Working in sales ourselves, it was refreshing to not feel pressured into buying anything but simply offered many payment solutions which is definitely what swayed us to order that day as well as Hannah helping us find the ideal mattress for us especially for my boyfriends back issues.

After a very bad experience at another local Dreams store, we were very reluctant to go to a different store. A friend of mine suggested we try another store and we are so glad we did. The service we received was fantastic. The sales assistant couldn’t do enough to help us. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to spend as much time as we needed. The whole experience was a very good one. We will not hesitate to return to the store in the future or to recommend the store to everyone we know. Thank you

I was the only customer in the shop so the store assistant was able to give me his full attention. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was very clean with very friendly staff. My partner and I spoke to Gemma who answered all our questions while showing us a variety of beds. She was never pushy and made buying a bed/mattress easy and simple.

The sale assistant was very helpful in explaining options. We choose a gel memory foam bed and were pleased at the price.
