I found the salesman Richard to be very friendly knowledgeable and efficient and understood my needs. I was very happy with his service.

I was really pleased with the welcome we received when we came into the Havant Store. The staff who we dealt with were polite, friendly and willing to help. Hannah made everything easy for us. She explained the products and had a great knowledge of the offers in store. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained the delivery process and we bought our bed from her. Very impressed with the service and very happy with our bed! 10/10

The staff are friendly in dreams. A lady called Gemma was exceptionaly helpful and friendly. She's offered me tea was really easy going and fun to talk too and gave me the best deal on a bunk bed I purchased for my son. I would highly recommend dreams the staff are brilliant and the beds are extremely good quality I am very happy with my bunk bed

Straight forward service, we were left alone to browse, then asked if we needed any assistance, which, when we did, was freely available, even though other customers were in the shop. Friendly staff.

The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She did not push anything on us and did not hound us when we said at first we were just looking.
