the young man who served us at byour havant branch was very helpfull . we had already met him as we had already been in store in january and bought a base and matress wich we were well happy with which we paid about 7-8 hundred pounds for . so when i saw you sale on tv advert. i needed a new 4ft matress which i know can be a bit more hard to find. but went to your havant store told the young man what i was after took me straight to a 4ft matress such a bargain . ordered it straight away also bought a double fited sheet for our oringinal purchas. soon be in again looking for new pillows thankyou DREAMS mrs rosemary parker

The assistant appeared interested in our requirements and guided us to the best options, and allowed us time to choose without feeling pressured.

I was in and out with a mattress purchased within 20 minutes and everything sorted. Very quick and easy with the help of Gemma who was very kind and helpful.

Gemma was very helpful and knowledgable about the product we were searching for and was a massive help in the bed we chose . The store was clean and tidy with good space to move around comfortably and view the items. Gemma was helpful not pushy like some assistants often are so it was a pleasant experiance, we also felt the price we paid for the bed was very good value for money

Went in to dreams at Havant to look at new bed frames and was greeted by staff with a friendly good morning and asked if we need any assistance we said what we were looking for and were shown a few beds to look at they then let us veiw items on are own we were asked if we would like any hot drinks while browsing I had a few questions about the bed I wanted and Richard one of the staff was very happy to answer any questions and explained about the various mattress and pillow's which we would try for are self's very friendly staff and did not feel obligated to buy most relaxing shopping experience we had in a long time
