Richard and Hannah were so helpful letting my daughter go on the machine for mattresses and we received excellent product knowledge in a very friendly and approachable manner

It was a fanrastic journey with both your staff and we had a very amusing experience with them considering our last experience was awful and said we would never buy from dreams again..... so lets hope the after sales team will be more accommodating than last time...as we had a lot of problems with our last tempur matress and after many complaints and no results we just gave up ...

The sale assistant Richard had great knowledge of all the products. Helped us with the 3d machine which gave us the right mattress. Very quick service and we asked for the delivery date to suit us and was given this.

The advisor was excellent, she didn't push the sale. We found the correct product for us, we felt looked after the duration of our visit. The price was great for everything I got. It felt the visit was personalised or tailored just for us two. The rep was Hannah please pass our thanks to her.

I took my 84 year old mother to the Havant store to buy a single matress. We were well attended to by Gemma. She was friendly, polite, courteous and not at all pushy. She made us both a drink after setting up the bed match. Mum has back and hip problems, is understandly rather slow, Gemma was patient and courteous and was able to answer any questions we had. At no time did we feel pressured.
