Julie who dealt with us during our visit was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. So much so that even though we were just down holidaying for the week, we chose to go back by phone to her to place our order, rather than complete our purchase locally.

We entered the shop not really having a clue about the different mattress options available. We were shown and talked through the virtual mattress matcher and then shown the recommended options. Gemma was very friendly and helpful and even took time to show us her Napp app for the sleepwell range. I would definitely recommend the Havant shop

I had ordered a small single bed last year but not a headboard. I returned to the store to order a headboard having looked on line first to see what was available. I wanted to see the product in situ before ordering. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and the whole transaction was completed very quickly.
