We had visited Bexhill on Sea store a few days before, whilst on holiday, and had chosen items but unfortunately that store too far away to deliver to our home address. Excellent service from young man at that store (who had only worked there a couple of months). His manner and knowledge really clinched the sale for us of a mattress and bed frame and we were very impressed by him. Lady at that store phoned Havant Store and arranged for mattress (on sale) to be reserved for us to call in on them on Bank Holiday Monday on our way home. Lady who served us at Havant was really on the ball and was able to show us straight away to where we could find the reserved mattress (different one to the one we had seen at Bexhill but same specifications). We were left to try out the mattress whilst a young man made us drinks (much needed after journey). We were offered Tempur pillows to try out - which we bought. Wonderful. We were offered insurances and bought one of them. Delivery timings offered worked out well for us. We were offered more bedding to look at but needed to leave to continue our journey home. Excellent service and all round knowledge from all staff we encountered.

Julie was our sales assistant !!! She was brilliant knew answers to all the questions , we brought a tempur mattress she was so knowledgeable , over all a really helpful person x

The service level was extremely high - understanding our needs and directing us the best options. I liked the freedom and the time to browse and test without feeling pushed but when we needed assistance it was there instantly and super friendly - very impressed as I had never shopped in Dreams before.

We were given just the right level of service from walking in to making the order - even having a cup of tea whilst we sorted the paperwork!
