Gemma was very knowledgable and very helpfull she is a asset to your company there was no pressure selling and having the bed that tells you what is suitable for your pains is amazing as was Gemma

Very helpful staff, and speedy ordering.

Staff were very courteous and their product knowledge was fantastic. They weren’t “pushy” in just looking for a sale. The lady took time to talk to us about other things, rather than just our purchase. She took time and gave us lots of time to really decide which mattress was right for us, having been told of our horror stories in another well known chain. She was patient and very honest.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were given the right amount of attention without being crowded and given the time we needed. Gemma was very knowledgable and able to answer our questions

Hannah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products ,she was very friendly and did not push myself or my husband into buying anything. She advised us and showed us all the options from our price bracket and for our support needs. We were offered and given a cup of tea and left to our own devices to look and try. Richard the other assistant was very cheerful and chatty too. All in all a most pleasant experience.
