Salesperson, Gemma, was extremely helpful. Not pushy at all in her approach, but was easily available when we needed her for more information. Throughly knowledgeable on the ranges and products.

Julie and Richard who helped us were very informative and helped us choose the right bed for us

Richard was exceptionally helpful as i came into the store on crutches after having major surgery on my knee, couldn't have been more attentive, very knowledgable on what i explained i was looking for and spent as long as it took helping me find the mattress which was best suitable for my needs. couldn't have been more helpful.

From the moment we walked into the store Richard the customer assistant was spot on he was friendly and knowledgable about the product we were looking for and took the time to listen to our wishes

Coming from a Prestige sales back ground myself & hate being sold too “as you know what’s coming next” so to speak was not the case in this instance, the valuable knowledge both Gemma & Richard have was impressive to say the least.. I’m not speaking of other Dream stores or other competitor businesses but the Havant store clearly knows what it’s doing d doing it very well.! maybe others should take some notes..
