Julie was very helpful both times we went into the store as we have a toddler we appreciated her patience.

Staff were wonderful, friendly, well informed, knowledgeable, attentive & very helpfiul

Keaton who served us was excellent. He showed great patience as we decided upon the mattress and the bed base. Secondly, his knowledge of the products was outstanding and that is not the case everywhere.

Staff were very efficient, friendly ,helpful even though on the day i visited they were extremely busy i never felt i was being forgotten about .

We were greeted immediately entering the store, got us straight onto the machine that advised the best bed for us and we're given lots of information and time to choose. Also got a hot drink too.

Our sales colleague Niamh was so very helpful. She allowed us to lay on the bed designed to determine which bed worked for us. I am so fussy too. But she continued until hopefully the perfect bed was found. This was on boxing day, where most people were with their families enjoying the day. She had to work, but made it an absolute pleasure to visit. There was no pressure put on us to buy, However, when we did decide to purchase, Niamh did an amazing job of upselling. She managed to persuade us to buy pillows, and two mattress covers. I work in retail, and this is exactly the right attitude. She was brilliant. Happy new year Niamh.
