No other customers in store so we had the full attention of the sales assistant and she was helpful

We had a chance to be measured specifically for our 'ideal mattress' and the customer service was excellent. We are incredibly happy with the service.

Both Julie and Richard were helpful and pleasant, even though there were several other customers needing help.

We were given the opportunity as soon as we entered the store to either make our own way around or to to be given the interactive information on what type of mattress would be best suited to us. On completion we were shown the mattresses best suited to our needs and given the opportunity to test them. Coffee was supplied while we discussed what we had seen and once we decided discussed cost and duely did the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. The whole experience was conducted with minimum fuss and good humour

Myself and my partner was greeted by Hannah in your Havant branch, she understood our needs and was able to recommend the correct products. Hannah's product knowledge blew us away she is a true credit to your team. we will be recommending Hannah too all our friends and family! we was over the moon with our experience in store.

Excellent service - friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, given time to make decisions without standing over you

On arrival we were offered assistance but on request given time to browse. Having found something of interest it was just a second to catch the assistant’s, Richard, eye. He helped us with the bed selector, showed us all the results and explained the different mattress types. He gave us time to go back round our favourites. Having made a selection he then showed us different base options and answered all of our questions with patience and no rush and a cup of tea.
