Hannah, the lady who was working was very helpful, professional and friendly. She built excellent rapport with us, took us over to the bed machine which recommended a few mattresses and then she advised us on the best for our budget. She then advised us to take our time with our decision. I didn’t feel too pressured at all and felt like she listened properly to our needs. Overall a great experience and we placed our order that day.

Gemma was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress. And we also did the sleep match.

The two staff that helped us at the Havant branch were Richard and Julie. They were both brilliant! Richard had excellent knowledge of the products and was very friendly and professional. Julie looked after our two young children so we could concentrate on looking at the products and she was really wonderful with them!

As soon as I walked into the store I was spoken to,and made aware that they could help me with an questions I might have,I explained my needs and was shown exactly what I needed,and while the order was being put through I was shown the extra courtesy of being offered a drink of tea or coffee,which was most welcome,Gemma, the lady who served me, was extremely patient and did not hurry me or make me feel in anyway that I was being a problem,which,as a pensioner , I found most refreshing.

Julie was very kind and polite and understood the needs that we required. We was in the shop for over a hr but we was never pressured into anything and Julie was very knowledgeable off the different mattresses. We ended up buy a new bed aswell..

Used the assessment equipment for our bodies and sleeping position to determine the most appropriate mattress for our needs. Good advice given about the mattresses to suit our needs. Left us with lots to think about, a difficult decision!

Julie was very knowledgeable she explained what we would need after we used the 'Smart' bed. She took us through and advised us on different options. Wasnt pushy just gave us facts and let us make up are ow minds
