The assistant was quick with her knowledge and very helpful. Not abite pushy to make you buy and plenty of time to try any off the mattresses.

We were very impressed with the electronic bed that worked out what firmness was suitable. The store colleague was Richard, he was with us for two hours while we decided on our purchase, was extremely helpful and allowed us to try all the suitable beds, explaining the attributes of each one whilst not swaying us in any way as regards the choice we made. Richard also took us easily through the purchase process and explained all the choices of finance and insurance in a very understandable way.

The lady that served us was polite, professional and attentive. She gave great service, excellent advise and came across as sincerely caring and that made us feel valued as customers. She is why we will recommend and reuse you.

It was a good experience all round, staff very helpful, store easily accessible to products and well laid out, just an easy all round experience.

Fro start to finish, our experience was awesome. Julie, our sales associate, was superb. She made us feel welcome, offered us drinks, knew the products inside and out and was able to recommend, without any pressure, the right bed and mattress to purchase. Gemma was assisting my mother and I while we were looking for a mattress and Gemma was a very professional friendly member of your staff. She also made us some drinks while we had a look round the store.
